Sharons primary media is what she calls Fired Metal Art. It is a more contemporary version of Repousse.   Her  creations are both hammered and embossed, then they are fired to bring out the colors in the metal. She also experiments with patina solutions in combination with heat to apply color. The light reflection on these works of Art are phenomenal and continue to absorb and delight viewers.  Once her color is achieved she seals her works to prevent darkening of the copper and preserve the patina
